Terms and Condition of Business By making any form of purchase or agreeing when using our website you agree to commission us to carry out work on your behalf and therefore confirm that you are in agreement with Jeans Online and bound by our terms and conditions defined below. royal mail are our main partners for delivery.. Once your order is despatched you will be notified via email from Jeans -online Ltd, Your items will normally be delivered within 48 hour’s Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you are not at home when a delivery attempt is made, the courier will leave a card on which you will need to contact your local sorting office where your item will be

Returns and Refunds We're committed to selling quality products we hope you'll enjoy, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We will refund the cost of the item through Nochex to the card your purchase was made from. From time to time we may issue your refund by cheque. Please allow up to 30 days for this to be processed. Warranty If there's a fault with the product In the unlikely event your item is incorrect or faulty. You must notify us within 24 Working Hours from delivery. (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) by email or telephone. We will request you return the item back to us (see contact us) along with your order number and a description of the fault. We advise that you return the item 2nd class with Royal Mail. Should you require a replacement, the item will be despatched and you will be reimbursed for the cost of delivery to send it back to us. Please note we will only reimburse the Royal Mail standard charges. Should you require a refund your account will be credited in full. A cheque will be issued for the cost of sending the item back to us. Please allow up to 21 days. Cancellation To cancel, you can either call 01332 695177, Email Customer services or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item, quoting your order number.
