Terms and Condition of Business

 

By making any form of purchase or agreeing when using our website you agree to commission us to carry out work on your behalf and therefore confirm that you are in agreement with Jeans Online and bound by our terms and conditions defined below.

Definitions:

The Client: The company or individual requesting products or services from Jeans Online.
The Seller: The Jeans Online website, shop, owner, employees and affiliates, hereafter referred to as the seller.

General

The Seller will carry out work only where an agreement is entered either by email, telephone, mail or fax.

An 'order' is deemed to be a written or a verbal contract between the seller and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.

Trade Goods

All goods are subject to availability.
If we are unable to complete your purchase request due to stock or demand, we will refund you for any sum that you have paid and any contract relating to that purchase will be cancelled.

Delivery

royal mail are our main partners for delivery.. Once your order is despatched you will be notified via email from Jeans -online Ltd,

Your items will normally be delivered within 48 hour’s Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you are not at home when a delivery attempt is made, the courier will leave a card on which you will need to contact your local sorting office where your item will be 

European customers should allow up to 10 working days for delivery, all customers outside Europe should allow up to 14 working days. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or any person acting on behalf of delivery.

Upon arrival of the goods you will be required to check the condition of the goods before signing.
Our goods are generally subject to delivery charges; these charges are identified at the point of purchase or within the goods description.

Please ensure the details you enter are correct before submitting a purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect data entered by the consumer. 

Returns and Refunds

 

We're committed to selling quality products we hope you'll enjoy, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your invoice or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation, Items for exchange and refunds must be returned within 7 working days from delivery if the item in question is returned and you wish for a refund we will do this in the time frame specified,please note we will not be responsible for the postage cost for you to return the item to us, 

 

Exchanges

 

We offer an exchange service on products due to any reason. Please return the item back to us (see contact us) we advise you to send the item by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or your details and order number, along with a note as to what product you would like to exchange the item for. We will require payment for re-delivery. Please allow up to 21 days for this service

 

Refunds

 

Should you require a refund please return the item back to us (see contact us) Please enclose e a copy of your invoice or your details and order number, along with a note stating that you require a refund. We will refund the cost of the item through Nochex to the card your purchase was made from. From time to time we may issue your refund by cheque. Please allow up to 30 days for this to be processed.

 

Warranty

All goods supplied by the seller are warranted free from defects from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). 
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the seller, failure to follow instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the approval of the seller.

If there's a fault with the product

 

 In the unlikely event your item is incorrect or faulty. You must notify us within 24 Working Hours from delivery. (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) by email or telephone.  We will request you return the item back to us (see contact us) along with your order number and a description of the fault.

 

We advise that you return the item 2nd class with Royal Mail. Should you require a replacement, the item will be despatched and you will be reimbursed for the cost of delivery to send it back to us. Please note we will only reimburse the Royal Mail standard  charges.

Should you require a refund your account will be credited in full.  A cheque will be issued for the cost of sending the item back to us. Please allow up to 21 days.

 

Cancellation

 

To cancel, you can either call 01332 695177, Email Customer services or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item.
